# Market

Trades can also be made during the season in Draft Mode. Free Agents are players who do not belong to any team participating in the League and can be acquired during the market windows.

### How to acquire a Free Agent

1. **Select a player in your roster that you want to replace** and choose a Free Agent in the same position that you want to acquire.
2. **If you have a budget, decide how many credits to offer:** the credit offer determines which team is awarded the player, with the highest bid winning. In the event of a tie, the player will be awarded to the team currently lower in the League standings.
3. **After confirming the offer**, the player you want to trade will reappear in your team with a different visual indicator, highlighting that a potential trade is pending. You can use the same player to make offers for multiple Free Agents: the system will process these Free Agents in chronological order, meaning the player you made an offer for first will be assigned first; if the offer is unsuccessful, the system will move on to the second player, and so on. All offers will appear in the **Trades** section and can be modified at any time.
4. **Three hours before the market window closes**, the team with the highest offer will automatically receive the new player in its roster, in the same position as the replaced player and with the same value, plus any additional credits included in the offer. The traded player will instead be moved to the Free Agent list and will therefore become available starting from the next market window. In the event of a tied offer, the auction is won by the user who is lower in the League standings.
5. **If the trade is unsuccessful**, the credits offered will be returned to the team’s budget, and the player proposed in the trade will remain on the roster.
